Betty is recovering,

Kigali 5th March, 2010.

GAERG members visited Betty, a genocide survivor who was injured following the recent grenade attack in Kigali City that took away her fiancé life, with whom marriage was due to take place in early April 2010. I am trying to understand what happened to me and my fiancé d’Amour, it is still hard to bear with the situation, I can see some people do care for me, thank God you’re here, she said.

I remain confident that this is not a knock out as such, one Day I’ll be able to get up and struggle again for life.

Betty was about to terminate her Bachelor’s degree in Business management at ULK, now she’s not able to write her final book.She needs our help so as to be able to cope with life again.
